Having been raised a Catholic and having gone through Catholic grade school and high school, George Carlin witnessed firsthand the imperfections, frailties, contradictions, and hypocrisies that only those raised Catholics can begin to appreciate.
He also witnessed the beauty, love, and hope that Catholicism offers.
But it’s not all fun and games. It’s not all comic relief.
What we’re talking about is your eternal destiny.
You may not have read much of the Bible. I know I didn’t. Yet, it’s undoubtedly one of the most important books of the Catholic church. But how does the Bible play against what Catholicism teaches?
This series is your opportunity to find out.
I’ll cover multiple topics released once a week. My intent is not to persuade by my writing prowess; I aim simply to share what the Bible says.
You may disagree. You may agree. You may be shocked. But you owe it to yourself to at least investigate.
Again, what I say may have little weight in convincing you of your beliefs.
What matters is God’s word.
Please read what I post. Share and discuss it with your family and friends. Then, if you don’t like it, unsubscribe me at any time.
What counts is what you come to know, understand and believe.
Are you ready?
